Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our accounting and financial reporting needs. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in QuickBooks, capable of reconciling bank statements for multiple entities, and comfortable generating financial reports. This position is predominantly remote but will require occasional travel to our office to collect paperwork, drop off documents, and review reporting as needed. Key 

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks

Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions for multiple companies

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions

Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Organize and maintain digital and physical files

Collaborate with management on financial reporting and budget tracking

Collect and review receipts, invoices, and supporting documents

Assist with preparing information for tax filings

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role

Proficiency with QuickBooks (online and/or desktop versions)

Strong understanding of bank reconciliations and financial reporting

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Must have reliable transportation for occasional office visits

Prior experience managing books for multiple entities is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Familiarity with cloud-based file systems (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive)Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment
