Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent with a minimum of 10+ years of recent experience.
• You must have strong Experience in performance testing with Neoload
• Strong Design and Develop Performance test scripts using Neoload for Web and API application
• You should Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for improvement
• You must Collaborate stakeholder to optimize application performance
• Strong experience in Monitor and analyze system metrics( CPU, Memory, disk, network usage) during execution
• Strong knowledge on Customer facing applications
• Familiarity with SQL and NOSQL database for performance analysis
• Excellent problem solving, communication and documentation skills
• Health care domain exposure is preferred but not mandatory
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
