Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Sr. Sourcing Analyst (Hybrid) at our location in Peachtree City, GA. This is a hybrid role.

The Senior Sourcing Analyst is responsible for supporting sourcing and procurement activities for New Product Launches and Product Line Transfer Projects within Connected Solutions. In this role, you will work closely with plants and cross-functional teams to ensure that key project milestones and metrics are achieved. You will play a key part in developing the overall supply chain for Connected Solutions including efforts to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve resiliency, logistics, cost, inventory, quality, and service.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $80250.03 - $117700.04 a year.

What you'll do:

• Lead RFQs and sourcing decisions for multiple New Product Launches and Product Line Transfer Projects.
• Work with project teams to ensure key milestones are achieved and work packages compete.
• Support plants in developing & improving supply chain for Connected Solutions Product Lines.
• Support overall Eaton's Sourcing initiatives, driving results measured by lower material costs, responsive supplier performance, process and service improvements, and resultant productivity throughout the supply chain.
• Facilitate and execute cost reduction projects.
• Evaluates procurement methods and recommends/implements new procedures, strategies, and /or suppliers.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
• Three (3) years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement/Supply Chain required.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Peachtree, City will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of sheet metal processes (stamping, forming, welding) preferred.
• Proficient in Project Management methodologies preferred.
