SAP TM Lead consultant:
Location U.S. Onsite (Remote is fine but will need to travel to Denver, CO or international travel for critical project milestones)

Skills, Knowledge and Qualification:
Must have 15 + years of relevant experience with at least two full lifecycle implementation experience TM.
Must be able to travel 25-50%, varies depending on client needs.
Advanced understanding of SAP Transportation Management function with the ability to independently design, configure, enhance, test, implement, troubleshoot, and debug.
Familiarity with SAP TM integration and other SAP modules and components, such as SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
Knowledge of SAP Activate or ASAP methodology for project implementation is a plus.
Solid understanding of transportation management concepts, industry-specific requirements, and logistics processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate on cross-functional teams and convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in diverse cross-functional teams and simultaneously manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP TM solutions.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work in changing environments.
Job Description/Responsibility:
Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify challenges, and define specific requirements for SAP TM implementation.
Conduct Design workshop independently
Design and configure SAP TM modules and related processes to meet the defined requirements, ensuring alignment with industry's best practices and client-specific needs.
Translates business requirements into functional specifications for SAP TM implementation and customization.
Implement and integrate SAP TM solutions with other SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration.
Works closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, solution architects, developers, and functional consultants to ensure seamless integration of SAP TM with other SAP modules.
Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of SAP TM by clients.
Monitor SAP TM performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Troubleshoot technical issues within SAP TM, diagnosed problems, and implement solutions to ensure system stability.
Work with assigned team leaders, architects, and team as required.
