Salesforce Developer

Summary

The Salesforce Developer will be participating actively in our agile-like collaborative process of prioritizing ideas and then will be a key member in designing, developing, implementing and testing customized solutions within Salesforce platform.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Designing and building applications and flows

Building scalable and secure solutions using tools like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components

Identify, implement and process data feeds

Testing and implementing the developed applications to ensure functionality and user experience

Improving systems performance and troubleshooting and fixing bugs

Producing technical documentation for applications developed

Works under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment. Also work closely with stakeholders and other team members to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions

Qualifications include

Ability to work in Shelton, CT 2 days per week

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred

3+ years of SQL experience

3+ years of ETL experience

3+ years of API experience

3+ years of Salesforce development experience

4+ years of Salesforce experience (Flows, Lightning, Communities)

Data management, modeling, and migrations

Ability to work in an agile environment

Experience in Marketing Cloud is a plus

Experience in Tableau is a plus

Experience in AWS suite is a plus
