Olympic Plumbing Technology is looking for a Plumbing Sales Supervisor to join our team in Olympia, WA.

What You’ll do:

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales activities related to plumbing products and services
Drive sales growth, develop strong customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction
Develop and execute Plumbing Sales Plans
Hire and train salespeople and technicians
Motivate the team and set sales targets
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure that it aligns with market trends and evolving customer needs
Manage the sales budget and report on sales activity
Identify areas for improvement and implement successful sales strategies
Maintain a professional image that sets the example for professional service people
Travel for training and conferences

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of in-home plumbing sales experience
Strong leadership experience with a solid work ethic
A history of demonstrating excellence in team development, sales and customer service
Experience in selling plumbing products and services
Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail; ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to lead a technical team by providing leadership and mentorship
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong computer skills, ServiceTitan a plus!
A strong team player with a positive attitude
Your ability to be dependable and a self-starter
The ability to provide exceptional customer service
Willingness to learn new ideas, methods and perspectives
Goal and results driven
Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug test and background check
