From reimagined Vietnamese classics to dynamic desserts, our pastry program is an essential part of the Moon Rabbit experience.
Requirements:1+ years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen, ideally in fine dining
Strong foundation in both classic pastry techniques and modern approaches
Passion for flavor, detail, and innovation
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-pressure environment
A collaborative spirit and genuine curiosity for Vietnamese and Southeast Asian cuisine
