OB/GYN Physician

A full-scope OB/GYN is needed at an established non-profit hospital system in Sebring, Florida.

Salary and Benefits

• Base Salary: $350,000
• Additional wRVU bonus (paid quarterly)
• $75,000 sign on bonus
• Relocation Assistance: Yes, up to $15,000

• Split role: two days in outpatient clinic, two days elective cases in hospital, and one day for add-ons or seeing patients in hospital.

• One OR in hospital dedicated specifically to OB
• 17 hospital suites exclusive to OB
• State of the art hospital and campus
• Academic facility!
• Only hospital in 45 mile radius that accommodates deliveries
• Standard provider tenure is 10 years
• 171 bed hospital
• Hospital has colposcopy machine and robotics for surgery (Da Vinci Xi)
• Close-knit community, very healthy work environment and local community, excellent living location, close to everything without risk of coastal hurricanes!

Responsibilities

• Full Scope OB/GYN
• Hospital patients are seen are at 35 weeks or more
• 20 patients per day
• Call can be from home!
• On occasion, provider will be observed by FMOB and IM residents
• Clinic hours are M-Th 8 to 5 and Friday 9 to 12 pm
• Inbox handled by MAs, CNMs or APRNs.

Requirements

• Clear and Active Medical License in the State of Florida (or willing to obtain if out of area provider)
• BC/BE in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Full-time role, this is not locums or per diem.
• New graduates are welcome to apply!
• Candidates set to graduate in 2026 are also welcome to apply - funds from sign on bonus can be allocated via stipend upon signing employment contract.
