Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Shop Maintenance Technician to join our team in Branchburg, NJ. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility by maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of equipment, including CNC machines. If you have a knack for mechanical troubleshooting and a passion for keeping things running efficiently, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines and other shop equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections.
Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance needs and equipment status.

Qualifications

Proven experience in equipment troubleshooting and facilities maintenance.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with a focus on CNC machine repair.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
