Job Description

Permanent opportunity HYBRID REMOTE ( 1 day in office.) Position can be in Broward or Downtown Miami.

Business Litigation law firm is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to support their practice.

The ideal Litigation Legal Assistant will have at least 5 years’ experience working in litigation with trial prep experience.

Annual salary from 80-85k doe.

Requirements:

Litigation Legal Assistantt must be able to work in a fast-paced busy environment
The Litigation Legal Assistant must have Litigation experience
Complex Commercial litigation experience is required
Filing in state and federal courts is mandatory
Must have experience uploading files, trial prep and may attend trials, exhibit books, trial binders, etc
Independent and capable self-starter
Strong interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities
General knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedures
Litigation Legal Assistant candidate must have excellent verbal, written and phone skills
Software knowledge with Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Litigation Legal Assistant must be able to pass a criminal background screening and have verifiable references.
