Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled JavaScript Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, with a particular focus on JavaScript, and a passion for creating high-quality, user-friendly web applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain front-end code for web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other team members to create intuitive, user-friendly web interfaces.
Implement responsive design techniques to ensure applications work well on a variety of devices and screen sizes.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications are current and competitive.
Debug and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
Qualifications
MUST BE A US CITIZEN- AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE US.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or minimum 4 years equivalent direct development experience.
Proven experience as a JavaScript Developer or similar role.
Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax and features.
Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with a good understanding of web standards and best practices.
Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as Angular.
Familiarity with backend technologies and RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with server-side JavaScript (Node.js).
Understanding of agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.
