Salary: 126,100 - 227,950 USD per year Requirements:

• I have a Bachelor’s Degree focusing on computer science, information systems, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of experience.
• I possess 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Systems Engineer.
• I hold a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and/or ServiceNow Certified System Engineer certification.
• I have experience implementing ServiceNow system solutions in a Linux environment.
• I demonstrate proven ability and knowledge of ServiceNow integrations with other systems.
• I possess hands-on experience with ServiceNow HTML, CSS, Angular JS, Jelly scripts, and Restful API web services.
• I am skilled in utilizing best practice engineering methods and have demonstrated knowledge of incident management, problem management, change management, knowledge management, as well as request fulfillment.
• I have JavaScript, HTML, or CSS experience.

• I am responsible for ServiceNow system maintenance, workflow development, bug fixes, enhancements, upgrades, and assisting with the technical implementation of the tool.
• I monitor systems stability to prevent service degradation or interruption and conduct risk assessments to identify potential gaps.
• I assist with the configuration and maintenance of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) modules with expertise in Agile Development, as well as Demand, Project, Portfolio, and Resource Management.
• I develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide visibility into portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities.
• I work directly with end users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow and configure application-related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles, and access control.
• I modify and/or customize core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Requests, and Service Catalog while applying best practices.
• I provide support to end users and stakeholders on SPM functionalities and best practices.
• I work with the CSI Lead to evaluate the impacts of recommended initiatives and projects and drive the delivery of advanced ITSM processes and tooling solutions that meet customer use cases.
• I maintain customer relationships in support of the lifecycle replacement of IT hardware for the entire IT Enterprise.
• Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of my job.
• I perform other related duties as assigned.
