We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help bring our brand to life across multiple platforms.
About the Role:
As our Graphic Designer, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our firm’s visual identity. You'll design eye-catching graphics for social media, website assets, billboards, print materials, and other firm initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and is passionate about both digital and print design.
If you have
photography, videography, or video editing skills, that’s a huge plus! We’re ramping up our video content strategy, and having someone who can contribute to that effort would be invaluable.
What You’ll Do:
- Design compelling graphics for social media, website, digital ads, and email campaigns
- Create billboard designs and other large-format graphics
- Develop print materials, including event signage, flyers, brochures, and firm-branded collateral
- Ensure consistency in branding across all visual assets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and initiatives
- Collaborate with other firm departments to support their design needs
- Work closely with external vendors for print production and large-scale projects
- Assist with photography needs, including team headshots, event coverage, and social content (if applicable)
- Support video content creation through motion graphics, video editing, or filming (if applicable)
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro is a plus) and Canva.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
- Experience designing for both digital and print mediums
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong creative eye
- Bonus: Photography and/or videography skills
- Bonus: Experience with motion graphics or video editing
