We are looking for a detail-focused and motivated Data Entry Typist to join our team. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who excels at typing quickly and accurately, managing sensitive data, and supporting healthcare operations from a remote environment. You'll work independently while collaborating with internal teams to maintain and update essential records.
Accurately type and enter data from source documents into electronic systems.
Maintain data integrity and verify accuracy in records.
Organize and file electronic documents efficiently.
Work with confidential information while ensuring data privacy and HIPAA compliance.
Coordinate with teams to resolve data discrepancies and support administrative functions.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity goals while working remotely .
Participate in virtual training sessions and check-ins to stay aligned with organizational updates.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Strong typing skills (at least 50 WPM) with high accuracy.
1+ years of data entry or clerical experience (healthcare background a plus).
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data management systems.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating in a remote team environment.
