Job Description

Location: Atlanta, GeorgiaJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $85,000 - 105,000 per yearWe are looking for a creative and strategic Content Manager to lead content development and execution. This role will focus on producing high-quality visual and written materials that enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and align with our messaging. The right candidate will bring expertise in content marketing, brand storytelling, and digital strategy across multiple platforms. Responsibilities:1. Content Strategy & Development

Design and execute a content strategy that aligns with business goals.

Oversee the production and publication of various content formats, including articles, visuals, and videos.

Work closely with internal teams to manage content calendars and maintain brand consistency.

Copywriting & Visual Content Creation

Partner with design and media teams to create dynamic marketing materials.

Craft engaging copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other platforms.

Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone.

SEO & Web Content Optimization

Optimize website content for search engines to drive organic traffic.

Track and analyze web performance to refine content strategies.

Brand Identity & Consistency

Develop and enforce content standards that reflect brand voice and identity.

Ensure messaging is uniform across all digital and traditional marketing channels.

Establish best practices for content creation and distribution.

Multimedia Production & Editing

Create and edit video and graphic content using industry-standard software.

Collaborate with external vendors when needed to enhance content production.

Ensure all visual content aligns with brand aesthetics.

Digital Asset Management

Organize and maintain a digital content library for easy access and distribution.

Implement effective tagging and storage strategies for content efficiency.

Provide team training on digital asset management tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or digital media.

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in storytelling, video production, and graphic design.

Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.

Deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.

Excellent copywriting and brand storytelling abilities.

Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:
