Job Description

Quality Janitorial and Restoration Service is hiring a commercial cleaning site supervisor. This is a full time position leading a cleaning crew of eight to ten people in a commercial setting. This location is serviced Monday through Friday by both a day and evening crew.  

Responsibility :

· Overseeing both shifts are performing their responsible tasks to the utmost efficiency.  

· Monitoring supplies and equipment and notifying the Operations Manager of restocking needs.

· Training cleaning personnel.

· Performing daily inspections of the facility.  

· Maintain attendance records by reporting absences and tardiness, as well as turning in weekly timesheets to the Operations Manager.

Requirements

Requirements:

· Possess a valid driver’s license

· Clean driving record

· Excellent background check

· Able to pass a drug screening

· Must be able to lift 60 lbs

· Four plus years of experience in a commercial custodial environment

· IICRC certified a plus

· Experience with floor machine scrubbing, stripping, and waxing

· Bilingual a plus

· Team leader with an enthusiastic attitude

· Great attendance
