Our client helps construction companies enhance safety, optimize labor productivity, and automate workforce logistics. 

We are looking for a strategic partner to the CEO to drive operations and execute key initiatives. Requires 2+ years of consulting experience, strong analytical skills, and a solid academic background. Ideal for someone with deep business strategy knowledge and problem-solving expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution:

    • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive company growth.
    • Translate business strategy into actionable plans and oversee their implementation across departments.
  • Operational Excellence:

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure operational alignment with the startup’s growth targets.
    • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:

    • Act as a liaison between the CEO and various departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment of priorities.
    • Facilitate cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and impact.
  • Project Management:

    • Lead and manage high-priority projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met within set timelines.
    • Oversee project teams, providing guidance, support, and ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
    • Represent the CEO in meetings and strategic discussions as needed.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:

    • Analyze market trends, business performance, and operational metrics to inform strategic decisions.
    • Develop and present comprehensive reports and insights to the executive team.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background:

    • MBA or equivalent degree from a recognized business school.
  • Professional Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years in consulting, preferably with experience in strategy, project management consulting or management consulting.
    • Experience in high-growth startup environments or tech-driven industries is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge:

    • Familiarity with the construction and tech sectors, with an understanding of market dynamics and trends in Saudi Arabia.
  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and execute high-impact business strategies.
    • Analytical Acumen: Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
    • Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
    • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and time management.
