In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support for their inquiries, concerns, and needs. You will handle a variety of calls, ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and empathy. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively
• Document call details, customer interactions, and other relevant information accurately
• Follow up with customers on outstanding issues to ensure resolution
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
