Job Summary:

We are is looking for a Call Center Customer Service Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or service-related matters.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
• Maintain and update customer records in the database.
• Meet daily and weekly performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM software experience is a plus).
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
