We are seeking a dynamic and talented Assistant Director of Nursing. Our mission is to provide superior behavioral healthcare services that patients recommend to family and friends; physicians choose for their patients; purchasers select for their clients; and employees are proud of. Provides oversight and management in absence of the Director of Nursing with the goal of maintaining quality and safety, enhancing efficiencies, managing resources, and optimizing patient and staff satisfaction. The ADON is involved in the recruitment of new employees, the nursing orientation program and on-boarding processes, and the continuing nursing education processes. Assists with the development and implementation of quality initiatives and ongoing performance monitoring with goal of guiding nursing practice and enhancing the quality of nursing services provided.
